Well, unfortunately, today I left London. I had an amazing time there and got to chat some with Mary Nell and Bill last night over some Thai food. I got a pretty good, cheap seat for Wicked last night - in the expensive section but thank you student card from Spain! It was incredible. Ah I am in love with that show!
This morning I got up, took one last shower in non-salt showers!, and headed to Euston train station. I got to Birmingham at about 11:10 and made it to the hostel about 11:30. I dropped my bag and headed off to Cadbury World. It was such a cute little town that the Cadbury family built around their factory. And it smelled delicious once you got up into the factory! They gave us a sample - my one possible fast break - and it was like scooping out hard pudding. It was delicious. And mine had marshmallows! Then I came back to Birmingham and caught up on some movies. I went to Paul Blart: Mall Cop this afternoon and just got back from The Boat That Rocked - a great film! In between I had a peppermint mocha at Starbucks and finished the book I've been reading. Tomorrow, depending on what theatres are showing, I am at least headed to go see Knowing, the new Nicholas Cage movie. My last chance to see a film on the big screen in English for a few months!
Now I am having my delicious and cheap dinner from McDonald's before calling the parents and heading to bed! Today was my first day of rain in the UK as well - surprising that I went a week without it! Oh how I already miss London!
